International Case

A large U.S. listed company asked Bonus+ to provide consultancy support to their customers, often by telephone, sometimes on location. Most of the time their customers would like to be informed on market developments in specific markets, like ingredients or (industrial) Packaging, but sometimes the clients would like to discuss negotiation tactics of contract-benchmarks. Besides a better understanding in the procurement market, these meetings result in improved profitability or market share.

Another company requested Bonus+ to investigate the possibilities of saving money by doing business with companies in Poland. After investigating it was decided that even better opportunities are possible by doing business with companies located in Belarus. Through the experience of Bonus+ and its international contacts, at the right level business deals will be closed.
